388wan Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 388wan platform, including the website, mobile interface, gaming software, betting facilities, payment services, and all related products and services offered by 388wan ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "388wan").

By completing the 388wan registration process, accessing the 388wan Login page, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 388wan platform.

388wan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use 388wan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 388wan platform is strictly for adults and does not permit access or participation by any person under the age of 21.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the 388wan platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You have not previously had a 388wan account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Participating in online gaming does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. 388wan conducts identity verification ("KYC") procedures and may request supporting documentation — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or utility bill — at any time.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, same device, same IP address, or same payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and subject to suspension. 388wan reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 388wan Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any other person, permit any other person to access your account, or allow your credentials to be stored in any unsecured manner.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your sole responsibility. 388wan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 388wan support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that any fraudulent activity has occurred on your account. 388wan recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in account settings.

388wan reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. 388wan will not be liable for any losses incurred during the period preceding notification of a security breach.

All monetary transactions on 388wan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 388wan does not accept cash deposits or payments through any method not listed as currently supported on the Platform.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 388wan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network issues. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as published on the Platform and may be subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to make a verified deposit on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Before processing any withdrawal, 388wan may require completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. 388wan reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any verification or investigation.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the request.
• 388wan reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards.

Any funds deposited on 388wan are held in player accounts solely for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. 388wan is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. 388wan maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational capital.

All bets placed on 388wan are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Cricket Betting: 388wan's cricket betting markets cover Pakistan international fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, and selected international tournaments. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. 388wan reserves the right to void bets on any match affected by abandonment, postponement beyond a specified period, or circumstances outside the normal course of play, as determined at 388wan's reasonable discretion.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games, slots, and live dealer products on 388wan utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game or bet, 388wan's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all products and are published on the Platform.
• 388wan reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that resulted from a manifest error, system error, or pricing mistake.

388wan offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The general principles governing all 388wan bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each bonus's terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must meet minimum odds thresholds as specified. Bets placed below the minimum odds requirement will not count toward wagering.
• Expiry: All bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 388wan reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion and to decline to award a bonus to any player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388wan platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, generate decisions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a system error will be voided.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to 388wan's backend systems.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sport.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 388wan staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

388wan co-operates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and international regulatory authorities. Where legally required, 388wan will disclose account information, transaction records, and communications to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

388wan is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders during gaming sessions displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming outcome.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is also available.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily suspending your account for a period of your choosing.

388wan staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling. Where 388wan reasonably believes that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, 388wan reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on the account, including mandatory deposit limits or enforced cooling-off periods, without the player's prior request.

All content on the 388wan platform — including but not limited to the 388wan name, logo, trademarks, design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 388wan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised reproduction or use of 388wan's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wan's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388wan shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect, even if 388wan has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Loss or corruption of gaming data, session data, or transaction records due to technical failure.
• Losses arising from the interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform for any reason.
• Losses caused by events outside 388wan's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or odds published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 388wan's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

388wan collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

388wan will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services — solely for the purpose of delivering services to you and meeting regulatory obligations. All third-party data sharing is governed by data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection standards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 388wan, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected]. 388wan will respond within the timeframe required by applicable data protection law.

388wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 388wan reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of your account.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification.

You may close your 388wan account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not release you from any obligations owed to 388wan that arose prior to closure, including outstanding charges or unresolved disputes.

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your 388wan experience — including bet settlement, transaction processing, account management, or Platform conduct — you should first contact 388wan's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team operates 24/7 in both Urdu and English and will aim to resolve your complaint promptly.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 388wan will not consider disputes submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

388wan's records — including bet logs, transaction records, game outcome data, and communication logs — shall constitute the primary reference material for resolving disputes. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and 388wan's server-side records, 388wan's records shall prevail unless manifest error can be demonstrated.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through 388wan's internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body under 388wan's operating licence. Details of the applicable resolution mechanism are available from 388wan support on request.

388wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 388wan will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. For minor or administrative amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the 388wan platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

388wan operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wan holds its operating licence.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded by contract. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
